This is a picture Vickie took and gave to me one Christmas that I now have hanging on my wall in my office at home knowing how important it was for me to know and understand how the impact my thinking was to changing the world. We all make ripples – the key is are they ripples of success that lead people towards their destiny or not. Are they ripples that empower us and others or disempower us and others?
